Hello! I’m Jonathan Marino — a Cisco VoIP & Unified Communications Engineer with over 12 years of experience designing, deploying, and optimizing enterprise voice systems. My focus is delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing communication solutions that help organizations stay connected across locations, teams, and time zones.
I specialize in the full Cisco UC suite, including CUCM, Unity, UCCX, Webex Calling, Cisco Expressway, IM & Presence, Jabber, and CUBE voice gateways. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in fast-paced environments where uptime and clarity matter. I’ve authored technical documentation, led UC upgrades from 10.x to 14.x, deployed secure MRA access for remote users, and supported 500+ endpoints with confidence and care.
